“There is this purse I adore, but I don’t know if I should buy it because it costs a fortune. I am talking about the Marcie Medium from Chloé. I LOVE this bag, and I want to have it, but I am in a financial and moral conflict. The bag costs almost 1500 Euros. Is that too much? How much is a purse supposed to cost anyway? And am I allowed to use the money I got from my grandmother for my birthday and Christmas to help buy the bag?” Stephanie, 30
Hello Baglady, I don’t have a clue how much a purse is supposed to cost. Maybe five?!
I believe that I am entitled to anything and everything I desire. The expensive wet food, the best spot on the desk, my mother’s favorite blanket… whatever feels good shall be mine!
So I help myself to what I want.
Or I am terrorizing people until I get what I want. You could try that with your grandmother.
Ka-ching!
