Super Sparkling: Our Festival Make-Up Ideas

Time for a little glitter!

There are two good news! Summer is here, it’s wonderfully warm, we don’t have to wrap ourselves up and: The festival season is open! Whether Chiemsee Summer Festival, Splash!, Lollapalloza or Openair Frauenfeld – over 30 festivals will take place in Germany over the next two months. It’s always like this with events like this: either you love them or you hate them – there’s nothing in between. I love her!

The creative outfits, the flowing dresses, the music, the atmosphere and not to forget: The make-up!
Finally, we are allowed to do what we are looked at crookedly for in everyday life again: Experimenting with glitter, living ourselves out, beating over the traces with colour, trying out crazy things, being a girl and simply dreaming.

But you’re not make-up professionals and don’t want to sit in front of the mirror for hours? No problem at all!
There are, for example, prefabricated foils for the face with glittering stones. Loose pigments can be easily applied by applying a colourless lip gloss or mixing the pigments with a mixing medium.

Individual stars can be fixed using the same method or with a simple eyelash glue.
The eyes are best accentuated with a strong bronze, gold or turquoise tone or draw a coloured eyeliner. You don’t have to be a make-up professional, use a soft brush and shade the colour beautifully towards the eyebrows by stroking over the edge of the colour with a second soft brush. Also with the highlighter you can put in a little deeper than usual for the festival look – especially very nice in the evening sun.

By the way, you can find out which hairstyles look best with this look here. Below I have listed my favourite products as always.

See you dancing, girls!
